Gianni D’Alerta has worked in the interactive and creative market for more than 14 years. He started as a designer for print, and rapidly moved through the ranks from directorial positions to even working two years for himself. Gianni supervises and mentors interactive teams overseeing all aspects of client interactive advertising and marketing, SEM and SEO campaigns, creative and development, and results tracking. He is also on the forefront of social media marketing and new media initiatives. His passion for integrated marketing that brings the offline and online worlds into compelling and results oriented directions fuels him everyday. Gianni loves to be in front of clients selling great ideas that become successful solutions.He’s fluent in English and Spanish but, being a technologist (nerd), he might be caught speaking mumbo-jumbo.

Jan Havmoeller brings a wealth of knowledge in international business, brand management, development and nurturing of intellectual capital, technology and marketing. He has a keen business sense and a proven track record of more than two decades of leadership and entrepreneurial experience that serves to help companies achieve their goals through effective brand/business management. His passion and drive for energizing dormant brands and applying the firm’s unconventional wisdom to new or existing brands, breeds success.
A native of Denmark, Jan Havmoeller holds a degree in mathematics from Silkeborg College, and a degree in international trade and finance from Silkeborg Handelskole. He also attended Danish Banking School where he earned a degree in finance; Copenhagen University, where he studied theoretical statistics, mathematics, international trade and finance.

At this point in his career, Chris Barr only chooses to get involved with companies and concepts that he is convinced have both exceptional quality and almost limitless potential.
After wading through the Bachelor’s program at Harvard and a Master’s program at Stanford, Chris began what is so far a thirty year career in helping build programs, companies and brands. His tastes have been eclectic: from custom lingerie to high potency vitamins, from Ecuadorian roses to Italian granite. They’ve been start-up companies that grew to a major national presence, they’ve been established companies that needed retooling for an evolving marketplace, and they’ve been thriving ventures that simply needed new systems to meet the challenges of explosive growth. They had one thing in common: the Buzz he gets from being part of dynamic growth.
